As a Project Manager (m/f/d) for digital energy management, you will play a key role in our team. You are at the heart of the coordination and realization of the technical implementation. With your creativity and technical expertise, you develop individual concepts that contribute to the optimization of our systems. You are not only an important part of our team, but also a valuable point of contact for our customers. You build connections between us and all parties involved by acting as an interface. Your work plays a key role in ensuring that we can offer our customers the best possible service.

Your work location is Jenbach, Tirol. Home Office up to 50% is an option.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Coordinating the customer-facing implementation of INNIO's new Energy Management system
  • Driving the technical integration of the customer power plant into the INNIO's Energy Management platform, ensuring functionality with operators and control system manufacturers
  • Customer onboarding, training, and support for the early stage of the account
  • Acting as central interface between customers, sales, product management and development
  • Supporting the product management team by taking ownership of the development of new software functionalities, in the role of a Product Owner within a SCRUM team
  • Supporting the ongoing success the system portfolio and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Identifying site optimization opportunities, funneling, and prioritizing customers' requests
  • Acting as main contact person for our customers post-sale, for questions, technical fine-tuning, and further developments

Your Profile:
  • Background in measurement and control technology, IT interfaces, electrical or energy technology or mechanical engineering
  • Ideally knowledge of the energy industry, electricity trading and decentralized energy systems (biogas plants, CHP, iKWK, heat pumps, solar thermal, etc.)
  • Experience as a technical project manager
  • Communicative and enjoy dealing with customers in a solution-oriented manner
  • High degree of self-initiative
  • Fluent German and good English skills are an advantage
  • A valid work permit for Austria as a prerequisite for this position (Non-EU citizens: please attach the work permit to the application)

The base pay is composed of the amount according to the Austrian collective agreement which is at least EUR 4.112,78 gross per month (x 14) and an over payment depending on your qualifications and experience.View More
