Head of Business Process Excellence (f/m/d)
- Freudenberg Group is looking for a visionary leader to join our internal service company as the Head of Business Process Excellence. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of our Shared Service Center (SSC) organization by supporting in optimizing processes across Finance, Purchasing, HR, and more. As a strategic leader, you will ensure that our SSC becomes the preferred partner for shared services within the Freudenberg Group.
- Strategic Development: Lead the ongoing development of our SSC, enhancing efficiency, quality, growth, and compliance to support business unit needs.
- Service Integration: Build the processes and structures needed to expand shared services across the Freudenberg Group, becoming the go-to partner for our internal clients.
- Leadership: Oversee the delivery of high-quality transactional services, ensuring alignment with internal guidelines and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Stakeholder Management: Serve as a key contact for internal business partners, managing relationships and ensuring effective service delivery.
- Process Management: Establish a governance framework for continuous process improvement, focusing on simplification, standardization, and digitalization.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with various departments to deliver best-in-class services and support.
- Project Management: Lead strategic projects to optimize organizational structure and enhance service delivery.
- Educational Background: Degree in economics, finance, or a related field.
- Shared Services Expertise: Proven experience in developing and managing global business or shared services, with a focus on transformation and integration.
- Leadership Experience: Demonstrated success in leading teams and driving organizational change.
- Strategic and Operational Acumen: Ability to balance strategic vision with operational execution.
- Process Improvement: Skilled in process improvement frameworks, including governance, standardization, and digitalization.
- Language Skills: Fluency in German and English, with strong communication skills.
- Emotional Intelligence: High level of empathy and ability to build trust-based relationships with stakeholders.
- Travel: Passionate for navigating and working on diverse teams; travel is 50- 60% and international
- Nice to Have: Black Belt Certification: A plus for those experienced in process improvement methodologies.
