/ Translation activities (German / English) at appointments and conferences (domestic & abroad), e.g. with works councils and unions, Supervisory Board or Truck Board meetings
/ Preperation of internal and external correspondences in German and English
/ Support in the coordination of appointments and organization of Labour commitees (with works councils / unions, Supervisory Board and other individual meetings) of the TRATON GROUP
/ Translation of documents and presentations such as works council agreements, meeting minutes, Power Point presentations of meetings etc.
/ Content research in preperation of translation activities
/ State-certified interpreter and / or foreign language correspondent (German - English)
/ Ideally, previous experience of woking for an international industrial company
/ Willigness to travel to our locations and conference vanues (up to 20% of the working time)
/ Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken
/ Very good MS Office skills are required
/ Strong team player characterized by commitment, reliability, flexibility and discretion
