Our Legal & Compliance team in Düsseldorf is looking for YOU!
- Provision of general compliance advice for executives and employees (especially in the areas of anti-money laundering and anti-bribery & corruption)
- Focus on compliance-related investigations and proceedings, including management and further development of the whistleblower system
- Support to further develop and improve the compliance management system of Uniper group (including taking care of communication to in- and external stakeholders)
- Cooperate with an international team of compliance officers and internal stakeholders (e.g. internal audit, data protection)
- Develop and conduct compliance trainings for employees
- Compliance-related litigation
- Report to the VP Compliance
- Qualified lawyer under German law (f/m/d) with excellent qualification
- Ideally 3-5 years of relevant professional compliance experience, especially in the area of compliance-related investigations (inhouse or external law firm)
- Commercial and entrepreneurial understanding for the energy sector as well as creativity in developing appropriate next steps from a compliance perspective
- Integrity, resilience and high self-motivation, enjoyment of work
- Solution-oriented mindset together with organizational, analytical and communication skills
- High level of engagement, strong teamwork and cooperation skills suitable for a diverse and international team
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
