  • Manage the topic of change management across different cross-ZEISS digital transformation programs

  • Shape, structure and further develop the change management strategy and approach within our program organization

  • Consult and coach project teams with change management demand and support/enable project leads to integrate actionable change deliverables into their project plans

  • Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key change management activities for stakeholders and target groups

  • Develop our change management toolbox for our digital transformational projects and identify further change management measures to support the adoption of the required changes

  • Collaborate with cross-functional project teams – e.g., from our Business, Design, Data Analytics and Tech colleagues at ZEISS Digital Partners


  • Excellent University degree, preferably in business, informatics or psychology

  • 3-4 years of experience, preferably in change consulting with focus on digital transformation or with change management on digital transformation projects in a B2B industry (i.e. implementation of Target Operating Models)

  • Track record of successfully leading projects using change methodology in digital transformation projects

  • Strong drive to demonstrate the impact of change management

  • Sound understanding of change management mechanics and tools for digital transformation, preferably in IT or engineering environments

  • Very strong communication skills and the empathy to productively collaborate with people from diverse backgrounds

  • Business fluent German and English language skills
