The position is available at our Lichtenau or Dresden site.
- You develop and implement AI algorithms and models using methods such as Support Vector Machines (SVM), k-Nearest Neighbors (k-NN), and Deep Learning
- You apply and adapt existing machine learning frameworks and tools, particularly Keras and Scikit-Learn, to solve complex problems
- You program and integrate AI solutions into existing software architectures using Python, C#, and C++
- You conduct data analysis and preprocessing to prepare data for training AI models
- You optimize and fine-tune models to improve performance and accuracy
- You collaborate with other teams to integrate AI components into larger software solutions
- You document the developed solutions and perform code reviews to ensure quality
- You have a degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field
- You have several years of professional experience in software development with a focus on Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning
- You bring a strong knowledge of machine learning methods such as SVM, k-NN, and Deep Learning
- You have experience with machine learning tools like Keras and Scikit-Learn
- You are proficient in Python programming, along with solid knowledge of C# and C++
- You have experience in working with large datasets and implementing efficient algorithms for processing this data
- You are able to understand and practically apply complex mathematical concepts and algorithms
- You have an independent, structured working style and the ability to work well in a team
- You have very good English skills, German skills are an advantage
