Head of People Development and Organizational Transformation (m/f/d)



What you can expect!

  • As the Head of People Development and Organizational Transformation you define and implement a comprehensive leadership & development and business transformation strategy that aligns with Xella's global business goals.
  • You define and implement an integrated people and organizational development approach - including learning and development as well as diversity & inclusion strategies, plans, processes and policies and align and functionally steer the Regional Heads of HR regarding these topics.
  • You are responsible with your team for: Managing performance & succession, conducting regular employee surveys and establishing an employer brand.
  • As part of the HR Steering Committee, you will lead and/or support the HR transformation and other transformations (e.g. Group-wide efficiency initiatives) in alignment with the Regional Heads of HR.
  • You will coordinate the development and support of a Group-wide HR IT Cloud system.
  • In Addition, you are responsible for the Performance & Budget Monitoring: Set performance targets, KPIs and budget, monitor progress, and implement corrective actions as necessary to ensure successful delivery of development projects.
  • You engage with key stakeholders, including senior management, business unit heads, and the Executive Committee, to ensure alignment of development activities with business objectives.
