Your tasks

In this role, you will manage the insurance acitivities of our group

The development, implementation and continuous improvement of a company-wide insurance strategy is part of your responsibility

You manage and place the global insurance programs

You monitor claims and coordinate claims settlements

Stakeholder management (insurers, reinsurers, insurance brokers and local insurance brokers) and ensure good communication

You monitor that the undertakings our insurance agreements are fulfilled

Your area of responsibility also includes risk management and support in optimising the risk situation and protecting assets and employees

In this function you report to the VP Global Treasury
Your profile

You have relevant professional experience in a comparable position

You have completed training as an insurance broker or a degree in insurance economics, business law, business administration or other commercial training (e.g. industrial clerk or bank clerk)

You enjoy setting up new processes and structures and have a strong hands-on mentality

You are business fluent in German and English, further language skills are an advantage, especially Italian, Portuguese and Spanish

You work independently, in a structured and solution-orientated manner and are characterised by your excellent communication skills

We're open for part-time applications with a minimum of 30 hours per week
