To strengthen our young and innovative team, we are looking for a
Delegation Oversight Officer


  • Development, maintenance and enhancement of the internal delegation controlling structure
  • Onsite visits - conduct regular oversight on delegates (e.g. Transfer Agency, Central Administration, Depositary, Distributor)
  • Perform initial and ongoing due diligence on contractual partners
  • Handle the annual process of due diligence questionnaires to contractual partners, assess and conclude on the responses to the DDQ
  • Ensure that internally and externally adequate polices and rules are in place to ensure regulatory compliance
  • Development, maintenance and enhancement of delegation reporting (e.g. KPIs, register)
  • Related Parties monitoring - ensure the reporting due to Global Policy and Global Process Regulation Transactions with related parties
  • creating monitoring systems related to service levels

KYC activities:

  • KYC 1st level control

Process Management:

  • Analyse and measure the effectiveness of existing processes & controls increasing productivity and level of service quality, define new process flows or updating existing ones.
  • Define, measure, control and improve business processes, including process policy management with the goal to meet customer requirements profitably
  • Apply knowledge of regulatory processes to support and ensure their correct implementation

  • Degree in Economic or similar
  • Familiarity with the most common and updated practices and principles of the organizational design (design thinking, organizational analysis, etc..) and models (Structures & Roles, matrix models, process-based, etc..)
  • Good knowledge of a Management Company process framework
  • Multi-tasking approach in a dynamic and changing environment
  • Analytical thinking skills and data analysis attitude
  • Good interpersonal skills, flexibility and versatility
  • Good command of Microsoft Office tools
  • Learning agility, team player attitude with good communication skills in an international environment
  • Good in both written and spoken English, German or Italian will be an advantage
