Our IT Nordic Team is looking for you!

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Working Student to support our Renewables IT team in managing software licenses and contributing to various IT project support tasks. This role is ideal for a student with a keen interest in IT, project management, and renewable energy. You will split your time equally between two primary responsibilities: License Management and General IT Project Support.

Key Responsibilities:

License Management (50%)

  • License Administration: Maintain and update license inventories, track renewal dates, and ensure compliance with relevant software agreements.

  • Contract Management: Administer contracts related to software licenses, including reviewing terms and managing vendor relationships.

  • Renewal Coordination: Manage the renewal process for expiring licenses, ensuring no disruptions in software availability.

  • Financial Tracking & Forecasting: Assist with financial monitoring of license-related expenses, including budgeting, cost forecasting, and reporting.

  • License Optimization: Work with stakeholders to identify opportunities for cost savings and license optimization.

IT Project Support (50%)

  • Project Coordination: Assist the IT project team in organizing, tracking, and documenting various projects related to renewables and sustainability initiatives.

  • User Support: Provide assistance to team members on IT-related inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring smooth project delivery.

  • Ad Hoc IT Tasks: Assist with various ad hoc IT tasks such as software installations, testing new tools, and contributing to IT improvements.

  • Data Analysis: Support the analysis of project data, helping to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.


  • Enrolled Student in a Bachelor's or Master's program, ideally in IT, Business Informatics, Management, Renewable Energy, or related fields.
  • Strong Interest in IT systems, software management, and the renewable energy sector.

  • Basic Knowledge of IT project management methodologies and software license management principles is a plus.

  • Excellent Organizational Skills with an eye for detail and accuracy in handling contracts and financial information.

  • Good Communication Skills to interact with internal teams and external vendors.

  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, and familiarity with project management.

  • Fluent in English.
