To strengthen our team, we are looking a
Trade Marketing Specialist (m/f/d)
- Active marketing support for the sales organisation and customers
- planning a Trade activity plan for each channel on regular basis
- analyzing channel performance during activity period
- Carrying out market, competition and trend analyses as a basis for deriving suitable marketing and sales measures
- Creating and implementing an annual incentive plan and action plan in coordination with the sales and marketing team
- Commissioning external advertising and marketing agencies
- Developing and implementing sales promotion measures (POS materials)
- Maintaining and developing the company website and social media channels in collaboration with the sales and marketing team
- Developing and providing content material for customers and online platforms
- Organisation, support and implementation of trade fairs and sales events
- Delivery of promotional items and marketing materials
- Budget control of marketing activities
- A degree in business administration or a degree in (international) business marketing or marketing management or digital marketing and a willingness to undertake additional training
- At least 3 years of professional experience in trade marketing or marketing
- Very good skills in German, proficient language skills in English (written and spoken)
- Very good MS Office skills (Excel)
- Very good communication skills
- Ability to work in a team, analytical and strategic thinking, creativity, decision-making skills
