- You take the lead in organizing and managing technology development projects within the Global Business Unit CE Coatings.
- You continuously analyze technology trends, patents, markets and competitors to develop innovative state-of-the-art solutions.
- You take care on a strong collaboration with product development team within BU CEC, internal interdisciplinary teams and collaboration partners.
- You help by the evaluation of new raw materials and sources with consideration of product safety compliance regulations and packaging next cycle requirements.
- You Conduct of feasibility studies and economical evaluations for various products and technology scenarios.
- You evaluat of product properties, interpretation of test results to improve product properties. Reporting the results and suggestions to achieve the goal within the given time frame.
- You produce regular technical report documents and present the results in project update meetings.
- You have a high readiness to travel to follow up cooperation projects with development partners.
- Your have aninnovative mindset and strong problem-solving abilities to generate new ideas and overcome complex challenges.
- Your have an university degree or PhD in a relevant field with in-depth knowledge of polymer or physical chemistry, plastics technology, coatings technology.
- You have professional experience with management of R&D projects with demonstrated successes in the field of coatings for food packaging.
- You have a deep understanding of processes and technologies, curiosity for hands-on, technical and practical skills.
- You are a team player with experience in professional management.
- Your have exceptional communication skills for effective coordination with team members, stakeholders, and other parties involved in the project.
- You are flexibilfor changing tasks and priorities with high level of commitment, ability to work under pressure and patience for own tasks and projects.
- You are a project and time management talent with ability to develop and implement a strategic plan for the research project.
- Fluent in English (spoken & written)
