With Allianz Investment Management SE, you will be able to dive into the investment processes of one of the world's largest institutional investors. You will be part of a team dealing with venture capital fund and co-investments focussing on climate tech.

This position offers real start-up atmosphere since the team is still young and small. It provides a unique opportunity to work on a huge variety of topics related to venture capital investing. You should have a solid tech and/or economic background, a strong interest in ESG, climate impact and a lot of drive to build something new with us!

Key responsibilities

  • Deal sourcing & screening of potential investments
  • Due diligence
  • Analysis of trends, markets, technologies and business models
  • Data analysis and application of tools (portfolio monitoring, performance measurement, etc.)
  • Regular reporting & documentation
  • Strategy consulting

  • Studies in the field of business administration or technology (ideally holding already a Bachelor's degree)
  • Passion for impact and innovation
  • Ideally strong focus on capital markets, alternative investments, in particular venture capital / start-ups / entrepreneurship
  • Excellent command of English, German is a plus
  • Hands-on mentality, curiosity and drive
