We are looking for a Senior Controller Valuation & Financial Analysis Hydrogen (f/m/d) to join our Finance, Controlling & Risk team. If you are interested, please apply online. - Delivering valuation for business opportunities - setting up of financial plans and financial modelling of business cases
- Evaluating of contracts & investment opportunities and contracts along the whole value chain
- Identifying and analyzing project sensitivities, and delivering of actionable insight to maximize commercial value and mitigate risks
- Supporting due diligence for projects and contribute to deal negotiations and development of contractual agreements
- Being the financial partner, challenger and commercial advisor to Green Gas business leaders ensuring they have the right information and analysis available to grow the business on a commercially viable basis
- Consulting on financing solutions and respective structuring
- Providing input to mid-term planning
- Preparing documents & presentations to senior management on business plans and investment opportunities
- Commercial & financial skills, backed by a degree in business administration, finance, economics or the like
- Several years of professional valuation and financial modelling experience, incl. the ability to setup financial models from scratch as well as in-depth familiarity with valuation-related topics, in particular DCF valuation
- Knowledge of Green Gas or Hydrogen domain is of advantage
- Strong analytical capabilities combined with a pragmatic spirit, an entrepreneurial mindset and a can-do attitude - proven by tangible examples of delivering high-quality results in a dynamic environment
- A high level of personal integrity, reliability and ownership as well as enthusiasm for working and winning in an international team and developing yourself daily
- Passion for developing new business, with the ability to overcome challenges
- Flexible, ability to integrate into teams and to work independently
- Business proficiency in English is a must; German highly desirable
