With the growth of Smart TVs, Samsung Ads has developed a new platform to bring TV and digital together. For the first time, advertisers can use real-time Samsung TV viewing behaviour to reach consumers in new and innovative ways. Samsung's Advertising Sales Team operates at the intersection of display advertising and connected television offering advertising solutions with the goal of helping our advertisers reach their target audiences across our TV platform and beyond. Leveraging our unique first-party data, this is a new initiative at Samsung with the potential for massive growth and opportunity.

Having recently won the AdAge Best Places to Work Award 2020, we are looking for a person who likes early stage opportunities and would like to join a rapidly growing team to help define the next chapter within a nascent hypergrowth advertising business.

Samsung Ads (part of ESBO – European Service Business Organization) is responsible for identifying, evaluating and determining new opportunities on top of the global footprint of European Samsung Smart TVs and mobile devices. The EU advertising team is working to create value for partners, advertisers and agencies through its unique insights into content consumption in the shifting media landscape.

For our team, we are looking for a

Working Student (m/f/d) Samsung Ads

Location: Düsseldorf, hybrid

• Support the team in developing client presentations and proposals
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for the team
• Analyse Samsung first-party viewing data to identify new opportunities for clients
• Support the team in proactively approaching and pitching to new and existing clients
• Manage Salesforce, insertion orders and ad reservation tools and assume other administrative tasks
• Support with campaign insights and reports to provide clients with valuable feedback

• You are a currently enrolled student, ideally in business or media studies
• You ideally already have some experience working in sales or the service industries and enjoy delighting customers.
• You have experience working with MS Office incl. PPT and Excel
• You have proficient German and English language skills as besides the team in Dusseldorf you will deal with colleagues in London on a regular basis
• You are interested in future technologies, digital media, TV & Streaming, Marketing
• You are a fast learner and have attention to detail
• You also enjoy working with numbers and data
• You are a team player who enjoys working with others in a dynamic and fast paced environment
