The HR Governance and Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) Manager will ensure the appropriate operation of HR governance systems that enable transparent, fair, and swift decisions. The position is responsible for readying the HR function, and managing the required people measures, for the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD). You will act as the first point of contact for CSRD, compliance, legal and audit related HR matters.

Your responsibilities
  • Ensure EMEA HR is prepared for the reporting requirements and disclosure of information for the CSRD.
  • Identify people related risks and opportunities arising from CSRD social and environmental issues.
  • Work closely with the Global and Regional Sustainability teams and global HR to ensure full alignment on the overall HR approach to the directive.
  • Assign a clear process for reviewing requirements, assessing data readiness, and the provision of reporting.
  • Own, establish, maintain, and improve HR governance structures and
  • Communicate clear decision-making authority and review, develop, and disseminate HR DOAs in line with Harmony and local regulations.
  • Create and deliver any HR-related trainings arising from the CSRD, legal or compliance (e.g., GDPR, Code of Conduct).

  • Experienced HR professional with a strong background in the creation and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Exceptional analytical skills, used to managing large volumes of reporting and data/statistical analysis.
  • Skilled with reporting tools such as Power BI and/or in the extraction and manipulation of HR system data.
  • Breadth of knowledge of related legal, audit, GDPR and DoA principles, with an understanding of employment law in at least one of our European countries of operation (Germany preferred)
  • Excellent English writing skills - able to create clear guidance documentation and interpret and translate technical or legal requirements.
