The thyssenkrupp Dynamic Components business unit is one of the leading automotive suppliers and development partners for highly complex drive technologies. Around 3,500 employees produce 27 million drive components per year at a total of ten locations in Germany, Liechtenstein, Hungary, China, the USA, Brazil and Mexico. The product range mainly comprises assembled camshafts, valve train systems and rotor shafts for state-of-the-art combustion, hybrid and electric engines. Further products for battery electric vehicles are already at an advanced stage of development. With our manufacturing and automation expertise, we make a significant contribution to reducing emissions for sustainable mobility.


  • Learning & Development: Collaborate with the Learning & Development team to identify training needs. Assist in the design, delivery, and evaluation of training programs.
  • HR Digitalization: Contribute to the development and maintenance of our SuccessFactors modules.
  • HR Projects: Participate in various HR projects, providing support in planning, execution and follow-up. This includes also the research and analysis of topics to support HR initiatives and decision-making.
  • Processes: Support the optimization of our worldwide HR processes including taking over some processes as process owner.

  • You have a degree in human resource management or have completed a commercial apprenticeship with an additional qualification in HR and are familiar with labor, works constitution and social security law.
  • You have first experience through internships (or similar) HR Business Partner or a similar position in the field of HR.
  • You have excellent communication skills with contacts at all levels and strong intercultural competence.
  • Independent and proactive approach with the ability to work in a dynamic environment.
  • Good language skills in English are mandatory, German language skills are highly appreciated.
