JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for you to join our dynamic HR Company Services team at the earliest possible date.
Your tasks spread acorss three areas and will include:
FACILITY & ACCESS MANAGEMENT
/ First point of contact for internal & external stakeholders
/ Responsible for the steering & coordination of external service providers
/ Taking care of all day-to-day facility operations, including maintenance and access management
/ Ensuring continuous improvement of a safe, compliant, innovative, and efficient working environment
SHARED OFFICE HUB
/ Responsible for concept design and project coordination for an optimized utilization of the TRATON office building in Munich
/ Cooperate with relevant internal and external stakeholders
/ Administration of contract management for (sub)leases and support in the negotiation and settlement of respective agreements incl. the coordination of operating cost statements
WORK SAFETY
/ Ensuring building safety and compliance with fire protection requirements as well as relevant occupational health and safety regulations
/ iImplementation and monitoring of regular fire drills and work safety trainings in alignment with relevant external partners and authorities
YOUR SKILLS
/ Qalification in facility management, workplace management, business administration, or similar relevant field
/ 3-5 years of professional experience in the field of Facility/Workplace Management
/ Open-minded, self-driven and innovative team player with service-oriented hands-on mentality
/ Proficiency in facility management software and MS Office applications
/ Problem-solving competence and strong organizational skills to prioritize, coordinate, motivate and steer external service providers and internal support functions
/ Certification as safety officer [Sicherheitsbeauftragter (m/f/d)] or related credentials is a plus
/ Excellent German skills and good English skills (spoken and written)
