  • Proactively identify opportunities & strategic measures for improvement within the value chain, both independently and in collaboration with counterparts from the different business units or the DOUGLAS Group/countries
  • Manage project portfolio and strategic programs as well as develop projects with clear objectives, timelines, and cost considerations, ensuring alignment with the organization's strategic goals
  • Work closely with executive management to plan and track multiple projects, ensuring efficient resource allocation and timely project delivery
  • Identify key potentials and risks in projects, implementing effective mitigation measures to ensure successful project outcomes
  • Foster positive relationships with key stakeholders by addressing their concerns proactively, facilitating project success and stakeholder satisfaction
  • Project Management Framework: Establish project management frameworks, principles, and methodologies, designing and implementing templates, tools, and best practices to ensure the project quality in the company

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in a consultant or PMO/project management role, preferably in the retail environment for beauty, pharmaceutical, or healthcare
  • Strong understanding of business metrics and the ability to align project objectives with broader organizational goals
  • Proficient in MS Office tools, especially PowerPoint and Excel, to create compelling reports and presentations
  • Fluent in both German and English, with excellent communication abilities to work effectively in a multicultural environment
