Within the Information Systems Department of ODDO BHF Group, you will directly reporting to the Head of Business Services, your main missions will be to:

  • Unify the Project Management Process
  • Support Project Implementation
  • Provide a consolidated view of all projects
  • Follow up the Portfolio Management, budget and Governance
  • Collaborate with different stakeholders to define, prioritize and develop
  • Release management
  • Management of test campaigns
  • Test environments, manage all necessary communications and test meetings, prioritize incidents

This position combining operational and project management will allow you to develop your skills in an entrepreneurial and international context. Due to the regular activity of the department, several trips to France and Tunisia are to be expected during the year.


  • First experience in project management
  • You are rigorous, dynamic, organized, autonomous, reactive, adaptable, solution-oriented and tenacious
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, great sense of service and team player
  • Knowledge of the JIRA tool as well as Microsoft Office (Access, Excel, VBA ..)
  • Fluent in German and English, French is a plus
