  • responsibility for the strategic marketing for the vertical of EyeCo. This is the establishment of the Global ZEISS EyeCare Network to provide lifelong Eyecare for consumers. This entails the global lead for developing the marketing and branding strategy, campaigns & assets for EyeCo

  • work closely with the marketing leads in the country as well as with the horizontal Marketing Operations who will support you in implmentting the the roll out of marketing concepts globally

  • Define global marketing mix for EyeCo and develop strategies to improve the performance of the business model in market. B2B: activating customers to become part of the ZEISS EyeCare Network. B2C: Build awareness for the ZEISS EyeCare Network and activate consumers to go to participating stores and do the ZEISS Eye Health Check

  • Ensure consistent Marketing and Branding over all touchpoints and in all markets (marketing campaigns and assets need to be fit for use in key markets)

  • Define KPIs to analyze and report performance of campaigns to different stakeholders (Marketing Campaign Dashboard, etc.)

  • Brief and lead agencies to create differentiating campaigns & assets for maximal business impact - Manage budget for EyeCo


  • master's degree in a business related or technical field, for example, Marketing, Business Administration, or any other related field

  • at least 10 years of working experience in a managerial marketing position within a complex, fast-paced, and highly competitive environment

  • extensive experience in conceptualizing and managing product launch/marketing campaigns in a global role B2c and B2B

  • ideally experience in optical industry

  • extensive skills in all domains of modern marketing (digital marketing, data driven marketing, 360° marketing campaigns and strategic marketing)

  • experienced in communicating with all hierarchy levels in an organisation

  • experience in Retail organizations, ideally optical retail

  • very high willingness for frequent international travels, also on the weekends

  • strong interpersonal, intercultural and international skills

  • strong personal representation and presentation skills

  • fluent in English, written and verbal
