We are seeking a sharp, analytical mind to unlock the potential within our workshop data and marketing leads, crafting strategies which enhance our After-Sales marketing effectiveness.

Who we are and what we do:
We in the Team Data, Analytics & AI aim to put our customers at the center of our work. Our responsibility is to provide high quality leads for marketing After-Sales products. We operate a productive lead engine by connecting various data sources as well as building state of the art cloud-based data processing pipelines and algorithms.
To make this happen, we work in self-organized, interdisciplinary, and agile teams with IT and business colleagues.
Things you will do:
- Dive into workshop data and marketing leads to identify patterns and trends that reveal customer behaviors and preferences.
- Utilize your analytical knowledge to determine which customers are most likely to engage with our leads, enhancing our marketing effectiveness.
- Create a Proof-of-Concept: Design and develop a cutting-edge scoring system to predict customer lead acceptance, laying the groundwork for data-driven lead prioritization.
- Communicate with markets and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals and outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and ensure data quality.
- Bring in your own ideas into the design of new or improved data products
- Contribute to the creation of comprehensive, easy-to-follow technical documentation.

It helps if you are interested / have some background in:
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize and analyze significant amounts of data with attention to detail and accuracy
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages such as Python, Pyspark, R, SQL or similar
- Experience with Data Visualization: Experience in data visualization tools and techniques to effectively communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders
- Statistical Knowledge: Understanding of statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and machine learning algorithms
- Collaborative Spirit: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and with cross-functional teams
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or Amazon Web Services (AWS) and big data processing technologies like Databricks
- Strong English proficiency
