Supervisor Manufacturing Engineer global technical Infrastructure (m/f/d)

  • Define and develop new standards in the areas of technical infrastructure and decarbonization.
  • Develop, update, and maintain the technical standards documentation "KA GTS TI (Technical Infrastructure)" and manage workflows and blank forms within your areas of responsibility.
  • Take responsibility for the procurement of technical infrastructure equipment, ensuring adherence to quality, schedule, and cost targets.
  • Introduce and consider all KA decarbonization objectives in the responsible departments, actively contributing to a sustainable future.
  • Develop a technical network across all KA plants worldwide.
  • Lead technical trainings to enhance the knowledge and skills of our teams.
  • Technically support all local ME centers in the specified areas and support customer teams during the KA RFQ phase.
  • Contribute to defining the investment scopes in the areas of Technical Infrastructure & Decarbonization.
  • Prepare regular, meaningful reports to ensure transparency and efficiency.

  • You have successfully completed studies in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or a comparable qualification.
  • You bring several years of relevant professional experience to the table.
  • You possess strong technical knowledge and experience in supply engineering, decarbonization, and green energy sources.
  • You are fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • You are proficient in common Microsoft Office products.
  • You have extensive experience in the industrialization of automotive projects.
  • You are familiar with industrial controls and data management.
  • You possess excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • You are open to business travel.
