JOB DESCRIPTION

Would you like to be part of our diverse Global HR community @TRATON Group HR with a passion for shaping the future of our Group HR function? Our vacancy is a great opportunity to contribute to TRATONs' HR strategy. This position is limited until 31.03.2026.

/ Steering of variable remuneration within TRATON Holding and TRATON Group, including target setting, forecast reporting, provisions, and closing cooperation with various finance functions such as Controlling or Accounting
/ Responsible for strategic HR projects within the TRATON Group and interface with the international process owners of the Group brands
/ Support of remuneration and performance management processes within TRATON Holding and TRATON Group
/ Support in the area of Executive Board remuneration and close cooperation with HR Board Affairs
/ Responsible for topics in the area of management principles and compensation & benefits, e.g. introduction of new remuneration systems, salary bands, benchmark studies
/ Preparation and follow-up of presentations and decision papers for various target groups such as the Executive Board, top management, and HR


YOUR SKILLS

/ Successfully completed university degree (preferably in economics, humanities, or a comparable degree programme)
/ Professional experience in human resources, ideally in a centralised function with many interface partners
/ Experience in the field of Compensation&Benefits or finance desirable
/ Conceptual and analytical skills as well as process orientation
/ Strong communication skills and a confident manner at all hierarchical levels
/ Very good written and spoken German and English skills
/ Very good MS Office skills (especially Excel and PowerPoint) required
/ Knowledge of project management techniques desirable
