Team BOM's mission is to develop and promote the SENA product sales in the Bicycle/Outdoor/Marine markets in Europe. And you will contribute to the dealer sales network development in Germany.
Your tasks:
- Develop retailer sales network
- Forecast sales, develop “out of the box” sales strategies/models and evaluate their effectiveness
- Evaluate customers skills, needs and build productive long lasting relationships
- Meet personal and team sales targets
- Research accounts and generate or follow through sales leads
- Attend meeting, sales events and trainings to keep abreast of the latest developments
- Report and provide feedback to management using financial statistical data
- Maintain and expand the client database within your assigned territory
Your qualifications:
- You studied business administration with a focus on sales or comparable qualification
- You have at least 3 years of experience in consumer product sales
- You work independently and have a motivating work style and the ability to move things forward
- You have experience in project management
- You have a high level of goal orientation, flexibility, adaptability and negotiation skills
- You are a team player, communicative and have social, intercultural skills
- You are fluent in spoken and written English and German
- You are happy to be on business trips for 20-30% of your working time
