As an e-commerce Marketplace, Metro Markets works with hundreds of Vendors(suppliers) within Germany, Europe and beyond, managing thousands of products to deliver on our customer's needs while providing great service As a Working Student within Customer Service department, you'll be working within a dynamic, supportive and international team where you will be reporting directly to the Head of Customer Service. Your main task will be to address, reply and manage customers complains and request within the B2B and B2C sector on a well know and established global marketplace platform. This is also a great development opportunity for an enthusiastic, driven and proactive student.


  • Ideally some experience in Customer Service within the FMCG sector
  • Excellent communication skills, good numerical understanding and MS-Office know-how
  • Proven conflict management and problem-solving skills
  • A proactive approach, team spirit and willingness to learn
  • You are enrolled in a German university for a full-time degree
  • Fluent/Native in Spanish and Portuguese with at least professional level in English (essential)
  • Fluent in Italian will be advantageous.
