EXPERT FOR ON ROAD SERVICES IN EUROPE AND BEYOND
Trafineo is a subsidiary of BP Europa SE (better known in Germany under the brand name Aral) and Circle K (a subsidiary of Alimentation Couche-Tard Inc.).
We enable our clients to offer end customers safe and reliable mobility services across Europe, for example in the areas of tolls and electromobility. Our core competencies are transaction management and cashless payment processing in the systems we have developed.

# Customer Advice
- Recording, analyzing, coordinating, and further processing of customer requests
- Providing customer support via both telephone and e-mail
- Improve the agreed service quality
- First-level support

- Collaborate with the team to implement enhancements that contribute to overall customer satisfaction
- Actively support and adhere to quality assurance processes to maintain a high standard of service delivery
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements within the 1st level support workflow
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer queries

# Qualification
- Effective communication skills in both written and spoken English, German and Polish
- Effective communication capabilities
- Strong analytical capabilities
- Proven experience working with Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel
- Working as active team pleaser onsite and remote
- Prior experience in the toll industry is beneficial
- Prior experience in Customer Service function is beneficial
