In Munich, we are looking for you to join us in a full-time permanent position starting October 1st 2024 as ESG & Engagement Manager (all genders) at Consors Finanz.

Tasks & Responsibilities: What awaits you
- You manage the sustainability team and initiative in line with the strategy and guideline for CSR and ESG business issued by the BNPP Group and PF.
- You further develop Consors Finanz´s sustainability strategy ensuring alignment with Central stakeholders and the German Territory.
- You ensure a high level of awareness and understanding of sustainability initiatives across all functions and business lines in CF.• You ensure compliance with relevant regulations and (reporting) standards.
- You monitor the performance via dedicated KPIs and key to impact measurements.
- You lead and motivate the team to achieve individual and department goals.
- You expand the internal network and build a sustainability network within CF.
Expertise & Soft Skills: What you offer
- Academical degree and several years of professional experience within the sustainability/ESG area
- Strong commitment to sustainability business, social & community engagement as well as to diversity & inclusion
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience in working with stakeholder executives
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
- Project management experience focusing on managing multiple stakeholders
