You support our team as
Senior Key Account Manager GDM (f/m/d)
- You are responsible for the achievement of distributor portfolio countries financial business targets (Sales, Gross Profit, WC, Cash Flow) and other non-financial targets.
- You define & implement specific country-distributor strategies to secure target achievement which are fully consistent and compliant with FHCS's overall strategies, KPI's and objectives.
- You act as a corporate entrepreneur, create, develop and execute ideas, programs and initiatives which are relevant not only for the countries is responsible for but for the company in total.
- You ensure full compliance with all Freudenberg and FHCS stated practices, strategic objectives & reporting deadlines as well as defined corporate policies and guidelines.
- You act as an ambassador and ultimate representative of the FHCS organization within the local country; build company image by collaborating with customers, community organizations, authorities, and employees in line with the Guiding Principles and ethical business practices.
- You have min 7 yr. successful Sales professional experience in an international and multi-cultural environment and strong sales managerial experience. (Experience in FMCG business beneficial).
- You have a university degree.
- You have excellent leadership qualities & are commitment to personal development.
- You have well-developed communication & interpersonal skills & the ability to manage change.
- You are fluent in English (written and spoken).
