As an Implementation Specialist at Vetera, you play a crucial role in the success of our clients. You will manage the onboarding process for new clients and provide ongoing support and enhancements for existing clients, ensuring a seamless integration and continued satisfaction with our software solutions.
Your key responsibilities include:

  • Project Management: Independently plan and execute onboarding projects, including defining project timelines and ensuring targets are met.
  • Technical Implementation: Install software, prepare the system environment, and integrate technical components.
  • Customer Training and Consulting: Conduct on-site training sessions, consult clients on effective software utilization, and lead them through the onboarding tasks.
  • Support: Provide support immediately after go-live and continuously address any issues during the onboarding phase.
  • Process Improvement: Contribute to the development and implementation of best practices for the onboarding process.

Ideally, you have already gained some experience from working in a fast growing, global SaaS company. The ideal candidate has

  • Experience in software implementation, ideally in the healthcare sector
  • Project management skills and technical proficiency.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively conduct training and consulting sessions.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing customer needs.
  • Team-oriented with a willingness to engage in cross-functional work.
  • Fluency in German and proficiency in English.

Please note that this role includes occasional travel for on-site customer training and Go-Live support in the DACH region.
