Overview

Be apart of a team of connected services experts in the execution of robust, progressive, forward-thinking sales strategy that drives accelerated business performance and achieves all sales quotas and assigned goals.

Develop, communicate, and implement appropriate sales strategies, processes, and action plans to optimize profitable revenue.


Conduct service Trainings

  • Conduct Technical Service Trainings for Technicians, MSA Personnel, Partners and End User, in close cooperation with Training Manager.
  • Conduct and evaluating technical training programs in accordance with designated policies and procedures, determine course content according to objectives, including on-line trainings.
  • Discuss, verify and coordinate training plan with Training Locations and Trainees.
  • Prepare Certifications, Gifts,
  • Coordinate shipment of Training samples and tools
  • Vacation replacement for other Training team members when required.

Develop Technical Trainings#

  • Support Development of Training formats including online trainings
  • Create instructor materials (course outlines, background material, instructional materials, and training aids).
  • Ensure the quality and consistency of course content throughout a course life cycle.
  • Manage the training programs in accordance with customer needs, regulatory requirements,

Preparation and Maintaining of Training units

  • Maintain Training Aids, Equipment & Tools
  • Produce training schedules and classroom agenda.
  • Determine course content according to objectives.
  • Prepare training material (presentations, worksheets etc.)Service and Maintenance of Serviceable Products
  • When required cover Service task on MSA Products
  • Recondition the Training samples after the training, cleaning, complete, test used devices when needed.

Prepare and Complete Trainings

  • Booking and preparing of Training rooms, Training samples, prepare access of trainees to the training facility.
  • Schedule and lead joint dinners for the participants when needed.
  • Bring after the Training the Training room back in a clean state to prepare the next training.
  • Evaluate and Improve customer satisfaction.
  • Fill out Training orders accurate and finalize in CRM

Improve customer satisfaction

  • Evaluating internal and external feedback
  • Coordinate feedback with the training team
  • Initiate suitable actions in coordination with Service Manager and Service Marketing

Experience (required):

  • Excellent communicator
  • Outstanding communication skills and comfortable speaking during face-to-face and in online Trainings.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
  • Knowledge of modern training techniques and tools in technical subjects.
  • Proven experience as Technical Trainer
  • Degree in a relevant technical field

Experience (preferred):

  • Knowledge of MSA products
  • Word and PowerPoint advanced
  • Certification such as CTT+ (Certified Technical Trainer) is a strong asset

Education (required):

  • Technical degree

  • Bachelors's degree

Travel: Estimated 50-60%
