As the Team Lead Production Controlling (m/f/d), you will play a pivotal role in steering our production controlling team towards success. In other words: you will shape excellence in production controlling - together with your team.
This is a permanent role and available in full-time.
Your place of work is either at our HQ in Einbeck (Lower Saxony) or at our Berlin-based site.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Management and development of a team of professionals in production controlling and ensuring that the professional advice is based on best practices.
  • Development, harmonization and introduction of KWS-wide guidelines and continuous improvement of controlling standards and processes for production controlling in close coordination with the relevant functions.
  • Provision of data and analysis on production processes and costs for decision-making in global business units. Conceptual development and implementation of production controlling tools in close collaboration with the business units – controlling, production/logistics, sales – and the business partners
  • Ensuring key user support in the relevant SAP modules – ie. SAP CO-PA, ML, Cogs
  • Definition of system requirements for production controlling, assessment of change requests and ensuring appropriate system training for controllers on relevant systems

Your Profile:
  • Preferably an academic degree in business administration or international business with a focus on controlling
  • Considerable knowledge and experience in controlling in an international company
  • Demonstrated knowledge in production controlling
  • Experience in the conceptual development of existing processes
  • Proven leadership skills
  • Experience with relevant IT systems (MS Office and others)
  • Profound understanding of relevant SAP systems and their interactions
  • Excellent communication skills with different target groups – eg. business unit heads
  • Empathy paired with assertiveness
  • Very good command of English (written and spoken); German language skills are considered an asset
