We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist with a technical background to support our customers with questions about our AI-based on-demand manufacturing service “meviy”.
From upload to finished product, all from a single source.

In this operational Customer Support Specialist role, you will be responsible for working with our customers and providing them with solutions.

Become a part of our multinational team with around 300 employees from more than 33 different nationalities in Europe. Diversity is our strength! We are looking forward to welcoming highly motivated new members to our team of currently 12 employees working together in the Meviy department. Of these, 3 belong to Customer Support.

Your tasks will include the following activities:

  • You are the main contact person for meviy product-related topics. You will support our customers from the EU market in writing, by telephone and in team meetings.
  • You will be responsible for processing orders and inquiries as well as complaints management.
  • Continuous improvement is a matter of course for you. You work on process improvements across departments and ensure their implementation.
  • You increase customer satisfaction by identifying their concerns and problems and offering solutions.


  • You have completed technical or commercial vocational training with relevant professional experience in dealing with technical products.
  • You have 1-3 years of professional experience in B2B customer service or technical areas, ideally in the mechanical engineering sector or industrial manufacturing.
  • You are proactive and a strong communicator.
  • You have a structured and independent way of working, as well as customer orientation and reliability.
  • Ideally, you have initial knowledge of ERP/CRM programs and are very familiar with MS Office.
  • You are business fluent in German and English, other foreign languages are an advantage.
