You will report directly to the CEO of the EOS Group. In your function as a division head, you will manage a team of professionals and work in close international cooperation with your colleagues from abroad. The Compliance department forms the central interface to our board of management as well as our subsidiaries and is the main contact for all topics related to groupwide compliance strategies, compliance audits and risk management.


  • Corporate Compliance Strategies: Accountable for the strategic direction and development of the international compliance management system and implementation of monitoring structures.
  • Management Consultancy: Advise the board of executive management on compliance matters and prepare regular reports for them and external regulatory bodies.
  • Compliance Audits: Oversee and conduct international compliance audits and reviews.
  • Risk management: Identify and mitigate compliance risks, develop, and implement compliance policies, and ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Compliance trainings: Supervision of the regular training measures to be carried out and ensuring trainings meet current legal standards.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and develop a team of professionals at the headquarters. Conduct regular performance reviews and staff development.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to leverage synergies and foster international collaboration.

  • Educational qualification: Completed training as a fully qualified attorney
  • Leadership experience: Several years of professional experience in a leadership position.
  • Profound knowledge: Strong professional knowledge in corporate compliance and GDPR, ideally in the debt collection- or finance sector.
  • International collaboration: Willingness to work internationally, maintain and develop groupwide compliance standards to the next level.
  • Languages: Proficiency in English and German is mandatory.
