- Assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of online marketing campaigns across various channels (e. g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
- Work with product and customer marketing teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across campaigns.
- Create compelling ad copy and design creatives for social media and SEA channels using various design tools (e.g., Midjourney, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, Sketch).
- Monitor ad performance, conduct A/B testing, and optimize creatives, messaging, and placements based on data-driven insights.
- Conduct market research on industry trends and analyze competitor creative assets to inform strategy.
- Support the team in daily administrative tasks and special projects as needed.
- Student halfway through your bachelor's or just started your master's. Ideally in the field of marketing, business, management, or economics.
- Creative mindset with experience in content creation, copywriting, and ad design for social media or SEA channels.
- Proactive with a can-do attitude, excel in collaboration and highly organized with a sharp eye for detail.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint and graphic design tools (e. g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, Sketch).
- Good written and spoken communication skills in English, German is a plus.
