European DataWarehouse (EDW) is a Securitisation Repository designated by both the European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA) and the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). It was established in 2012 as the first Securitisation Repository in Europe to facilitate the collection, validation, and download of standardised loan-level data for Asset-Backed Securities and private whole loan portfolios. Operating as a market infrastructure, EDW aims to increase transparency and restore confidence in the securitisation market.

Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Working Student to support our team in managing and analyzing data. The ideal candidate will have a strong aptitude for working with data, ensuring its accuracy, and providing insightful reports to aid in decision-making processes.


Data Management:

  • Accurately input and update data in various databases and systems.
  • Verify the accuracy and integrity of data through regular audits and quality checks.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of dashboards for real- time data monitoring.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Create detailed reports and visualizations to communicate findings effectively.
  • Collaborate with different departments to understand their data needs and deliver tailored insights.
  • Present data findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

Documentation and User Support:

  • Help create user guides/manuals for customer data management.
  • Conduct project work as required, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and timely.

Team Collaboration:

  • Work closely with team members to ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks.
  • Participate in projects and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Business, or a related field.
  • Ideally you already have gained experience, in form of an internship or as a working student.
  • Proficiency in data entry and management using data analysis and data visualization tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of initiative.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
