Internship / Working Student HR – Global Mobility (m/f/d)
In Germany - Bonn | Cologne | Frankfurt/Main
To support our global HR team, we are looking for an intern (40 h/week) or working student (up to 20 h/week) who is as excited to join us as soon as possible.
Our team steers global HR processes and pilots global HR projects to ensure best practice development for all aspects of people operations, compensation, benefits, and international people mobility programs.
- Support our global HR operations team and work closely with local HR colleagues in over 30 countries.
- Participate in global HR projects e.g. on rewards, mobility or people experience.
- Take on administrative and organizational tasks e.g., design of process flows, data evaluation.
- Support with organization and coordination of internal meetings for our corporate people mobility projects.
- Prepare and follow-up project meetings, information sessions and internal communications.
- You are a bachelor's or master's student studying economics, human resources, psychology, or a similar subject.
- You have prior work/internship experience, preferably in an HR-related field.
- Fluent communication skills in English (written and spoken); German and further languages are a plus.
- You are proficient with MS Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- You have a high motivation for HR-related topics and strong organizational and communication skills.
