  • Expansion of the German overseas warehouse: Selection and evaluation of new warehouse and shipping suppliers
  • Responsible for the sourcing, evaluation and selection of new logistics and shipping suppliers to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the German Overseas Warehouse.
  • Inventory Management: Monitoring stock levels and ensuring operational continuity
  • Daily monitoring and documentation of inbound and outbound goods at the e-commerce distribution centre to ensure safety stock levels are maintained.
  • Order Management: Processing and verifying sales orders
  • Responsible for registering and accurately verifying sales orders and confirming shipping details upon receipt of payment.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Maintaining and developing logistics partnerships
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with logistics service providers to ensure smooth collaboration and coordination of resources.
  • Customs clearance and container handling: Coordinate logistics requirements
  • Ensure timely customs clearance and container handling by providing necessary information to shipping lines and logistics providers.
  • Financial reconciliation: Managing accounting and order information
  • Work closely with the finance department to verify order information and resolve billing issues between the German office and Huizhou EVE Energy.
  • Customer Service: Professional communication and customer support
  • Responsible for handling customer inquiries via email and phone and organizing and conducting customer visits to support a positive customer experience.

Language: English (fluent), Russian or Ukrainian (fluent), Chinese is a plus

Educational requirements: Bachelor or Master

Work experience:

  1. Logistics experience such as inventory management, supplier selection, customs clearance.
  2. Sales experience, foreign trade experience, customer communication.
  3. Tracking experience, order management, inventory management, sales data analysis.
