Your Role

  • Define the strategy for our digital product and solution portfolio in the Surgery Anterior Segment

  • Take charge of defining and evolving the product roadmap

  • Conduct regular market surveys and focus groups to assess customer needs and market trends

  • Deliver requirement documents and product specifications, including business objectives, positioning, and copy strategy

  • Ensure the success of the Product Development Process (PDP) by working toether with R&D

  • Offer assistance in the Product Launch Process (PLP) to secure successful prodct launches and facilitate software updates

  • Contribute to the yearly marketing plan and monitor its execution

  • Build materials to assist sales and supervise monthly sales accomplishments

  • Support product and marketing creation and execution

  • Oversee the qualification of team members and drive their development


Your Profile

  • Having a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Engineering, with a preference for Science, Optics, Medical Technology, or related disciplines, is a requirement

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in the field, including 5 years in Product Management and overseeing 2 product cycles

  • Proven leadership experience

  • Ideally, experience in the healthcare industry, an international work environment, and a matrix organization

  • Possessing a deep understanding and expertise in ophthalmology is advantageous

  • Strong understanding of customer and market needs, with excellent analytical skills

  • Effective communication, openness, adaptability, and authenticity

  • Passion for entrepreneurial and strategic thinking, with a result-oriented mindset

  • Business fluent in English and willingness to travel internationally
