Molecular Application Specialist (m/f/d)

Here's what your diverse workday as a Molzym employee could look like:
As a Molecular Application Specialist, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers and distributors. You are responsible for ensuring proper and satisfactory usage of our company products, including reagents, kits, devices, and diagnostic and research lab equipment. In collaboration with other internal departments, you will ensure customer success and contribute to maintain company quality standards. Your tasks will also include monitoring new market developments, publications and competitors as well as supporting the marketing department in compiling product information and positioning of our products; you will also provide general support if required.
As Application Specialist you:

provide support and guidance on the use of our molecular products, including remote or hands-on training on protocol implementation in customers' laboratories

be the technical expert for installation and troubleshooting at the customer site and the corresponding documentation

gather and track feedback including insights on potential product failures, product improvement requests at all stages of the relationship with customers and distributors

carry out market research and competition analyses

participate in promotional events and prepare digital marketing campaigns

prepare presentations and marketing materials (brochures, app notes) to increase the company's presence on the market

support the marketing team in the organization of various projects

work closely with the Sales and Technical/Product Management teams to carry out assigned tasks

We look forward to getting to know you, ideally with the following qualifications to round off your profile:
- Bachelor's Degree in Molecular Biology, Medical technology or related fields
- Experience in a clinical laboratory and/or as application specialist
- High flexibility and ability to travel, mainly in Europe
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English, in German is an advantage
- Customer- and solution-oriented culture and skills
- Communicative and Quality-driven mindset
- Driving license class B and driving experience is an advantage
