- Responsible for the technical analysis and evaluation of maritime structural concepts and systems for offshore wind projects
- Development and implementation of new technical solutions to optimize performance and reliability in offshore environments
- Ensuring compliance with applicable industry standards, safety regulations, and environmental requirements for maritime applications
- Close collaboration with interdisciplinary teams for the seamless integration of structural and marine systems into larger offshore projects
- Monitoring construction execution and ensuring the quality of maritime components and installations on-site
- Assisting in the preparation of technical documentation, specifications, and reports for maritime technologies
- Completed studies in engineering, marine or maritime engineering, subsea engineering, or a related field
- In-depth knowledge in structural design, installation techniques, and operational processes for maritime applications (DNV / Eurocode / IEC)
- Experience in the development and implementation of maritime systems, including proficiency in using engineering software and simulation tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, German language skills would be beneficial
- Familiarity with relevant standards and regulations in the offshore sector, particularly regarding safety and environmental protection
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving competence, especially in identifying and addressing technical challenges
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills for collaboration with various stakeholders and interdisciplinary teams
- High level of initiative and ability to work independently, including willingness to travel for business and offshore assignments (on a very limited demand)
- Passion for renewable energy and offshore projects, with a strong commitment to technological innovations and sustainability
