R&D Development Engineer (immediately & full time)


We are actively seeking a highly skilled and motivated R&D Engineer to join our dynamic team. As an integral member of our company, you will play a key role in performing complex assembly and research tasks, as well as solving challenging problems within tight timeframes. Your expertise will be instrumental in developing and utilizing sophisticated assembly machines, gaining a comprehensive understanding of various assembly processes encompassing mechanics, electrics, and software routines like vision algorithms. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge high-tech measurement equipment and engage in short international travel.

Moreover, this role extends beyond technical responsibilities. You will also be responsible for corresponding with our national and international partners and customers and driving forward the company's development in multiple fields of application. We are looking for an individual who is not only capable of fulfilling these duties with a high level of originality but also possesses a customer-friendly demeanor. Your ability to embody these qualities will be essential in ensuring the success and growth of our organization.


  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, preferably in a relevant field

  • Experience in successfully executing complex assembly tasks and research activities

  • Problem-solving skills for intricate challenges within strict time constraints

  • A solid understanding of assembly processes, encompassing mechanics, electrics, pneumatics, optics and software routines such as vision algorithms

  • Familiarity with operating high-tech measurement equipment

  • Strong laboratory skills, ranging from handling tools like hammers to tweezers

  • Excellent analytical and critical thinking abilities

  • Good communication and collaboration skills, enabling you to work in teams

  • Willingness to engage in short international travel as required

  • Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic R&D environment.

  • Cooperative and team-oriented mindset, as you will collaborate closely with colleagues from various departments, including Sales and Production

  • Highly organized and proactive work ethic with close attention to detail
