For our team at the Zoetis Griesheim site in Germany we are looking for a new colleague joining us in the role of



DIAGNOSTICS PERFORMANCE DATA STEWARD (m/f/d)

The Diagnostics Performance Data Steward (m/f/d) is a member of the Global Logistics team at Zoetis and will be responsible for reporting performances as it relates to inventory, shipments, stock transfer orders, and material movements. He/she will also manage local SAP data. He/she will be the key point of contact for reportings and discrepancies or system challenges that may arise, which connects to SAP and SAP itself. This individual should also possess strong analytical and organizational skills to enable efficiencies and deliver actionable insights that will support long term growth. Experience in working with SAP in a pharma environment required.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Understand end to end Make-to-Deliver processes in SAP, with tactical understanding of logistics transactions
- Responsible for SAP master data maintenance as it relates to inventory and warehouse management
- Ability to create daily, monthly and ad hoc reporting that provides clarity to the overall health of the operation and provides recommendations to improve inventory and warehouse operations
- Plan, deploy and review inventory levels based on data analysis for certain product family
- Communicate supply vulnerabilities and implement plans to ensure continuity of supply
- Enhance daily tier board metrics that support achieving business objectives with action plans for improvement using SAP and Power BI
- Reconciles inventory variances through appropriate investigation and resolution
- Monitors material movements and ensures proper execution which results in accurate inventory counts
- Reviews and supports the design of any software or hardware implementations in the distribution center
- Compliance with pharmacovigilance obligations


REQUIREMENTS:

- University degree BA/BS
- At least 5 years of experience, predominantly in areas of make-to-deliver SAP functions
- A good understanding of the Logistics/Supply Chain environment within a Distribution Centre
- An understanding of Good Distribution Practice
- Experience in diagnostics / medical devices or pharma
- Relevant planning experience in a Supply Chain and pharma environment
- Self-motivated with a positive can-do attitude
- Strong understanding of reporting, dashboards, and analytical tools/software
- SAP Make to Deliver experience required
- Understanding of the supply chain flow and the impact to the customer experience
- Strong interpersonal skills and oral and written communication skills in English and German
- Highly experienced in Excel and Power BI, with an analytical skillset capable of both identifying and quantifying requirements
- Work permit for Germany required
- No relocation package available
- On-site role in Griesheim, Germany
