In your role as Business Partner Controlling (f/m/d) you provide global controlling support for the Business Division Composite Materials (BD CM) with focus on strategic planning, sales and margin analysis.

  • You will support and advise the managing director / the BD directors of Operations and Sales / Research & Development in all controlling matters concerning strategy plan, budget, forecast, board meeting, reporting and analysis

  • You plan, control and analyse the global set of key performance indicators (e.g. market share, sales development, pricing, margins, innovation performance, working capital) for the BD CM

  • You develop and interpret global business simulation models and support BD CM in strategic projects (new business projects, production footprint, portfolio management, ROI analysis)

  • You are fully integrated in the global controlling and finance network of the Business Area HPM and the Plansee Group. In cooperation with Group Controlling and IT you support the development of new analytical tools


  • Ability to link controlling to global business strategies

  • Academic degree (e.g. in Business Administration) with multiple years of professional experience in a similar position, ideally in a global manufacturing environment

  • Fluent in English, intercultural skills as well as willingness to travel

  • Open Communication, team player and perseverance

  • Excellent IT skills in SAP FI/CO modules and Business-Intelligence systems (e.g. SAP) as well as Microsoft Office

Legally binding information for employment in Austria: Minimum wage according to the IT Collective Agreement (ST2) € 60,844 gross/p.a with 14 salaries. The actual offer takes into account market prices, qualifications and professional experience.
