As the Executive Assistant to the Managing Director for the region Eurocentral you are responsible to assist in every day to day mission! You will be the “go-to” person to facilitate communication and solutions for the 3DS executives, teams and customers.

Primary location: 3DS office Stuttgart, optionally Munich.


  • Calendar and time management of the MD is part of your daily activities, including organization of internal and external meetings, extensive travel planning for your Managing Director, create expense reports, create eProcurement orders, internal and external communication, take care of distributions lists, emails, Outlook calendars, communication with customers, act as a liaison for and with executives (including internal and external clients).
  • Prepare high level presentations (e. g. for sales activities) and be involved content wise.
  • Being able to actively anticipate request needs, behave as a real person who "cares" for the Managing director and facilitate solutions on a day to day basis.
  • Being the interface between the XCOM (top managers) and Member of the boards (with Headquarter in France); set up processes, communicating those processes towards the organization and among the assistants.
  • Facilitate interactions with other organizations; ensure high quality of execution and service.
  • Participation in and/or support for internal and external large-scale events.
  • Set-up processes and cascade process information throughout the team on behalf of the managing executive.

  • Professional training as Assistant or comparable bachelor's degree.
  • At least 8 years of experience in a complex Sales environment / IT is preferred.
  • Proactive personality, out of the box mentality, time discipline, empathy and high performance demands.
  • Ability to build relationships one-to-one and within teams and other organizations.
  • Understand priorities and manage completion of multiple requests from different sources.
  • Competent in expense reporting procedures, international conversions, and the ability to adhere to travel policies.
  • Project poise under pressure, especially during sales closing periods.
  • Fluent in German and English, French is a plus.
  • Ready to travel inside Germany.
