Our Performance Management team in Dusseldorf is looking for you!

  • Support and enhance the performance of our projects and project teams within Uniper's New Green Power and Gas department based on tailor made KPIs and dashboards
  • Collect and analyze performance data to identify trends, strengths, and areas for improvement
  • Utilize performance management tools and software to monitor and report regularly on the performance of the projects and the projectportfolio
  • Conduct performance assessments and evaluations
  • Develop customized performance improvement plans based on assessment results
  • Promote a culture of continuous performance improvement and development
  • Identify and share best practices and innovative approaches to performance enhancement
  • Regularly review and update performance management processes to ensure effectiveness and relevance
  • Prepare and present reports on performance metrics and outcomes
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date performance records

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development or a related field, Master's degree preferred
  • Proven experience in performance analysis and improvement, preferably in a similar role
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and act on performance data
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in performance management software and tools
  • Experience with change management and organizational development
  • Familiarity with data analysis and performance metrics as well as performance improvement methodologies
  • Excellent skills in MS Office 365 applications, PowerBI and strong drive for digitalisation
  • Understanding of energy markets, together with a sound commercial understanding is preferential
  • Appreciation for working in an international environment
  • High level of commitment and team spirit with ‘can do' mentality
  • Willingness to have lots of fun
  • Professional command of English and German
