Our Performance Management team in Dusseldorf is looking for you!
- Support and enhance the performance of our projects and project teams within Uniper's New Green Power and Gas department based on tailor made KPIs and dashboards
- Collect and analyze performance data to identify trends, strengths, and areas for improvement
- Utilize performance management tools and software to monitor and report regularly on the performance of the projects and the projectportfolio
- Conduct performance assessments and evaluations
- Develop customized performance improvement plans based on assessment results
- Promote a culture of continuous performance improvement and development
- Identify and share best practices and innovative approaches to performance enhancement
- Regularly review and update performance management processes to ensure effectiveness and relevance
- Prepare and present reports on performance metrics and outcomes
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date performance records
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development or a related field, Master's degree preferred
- Proven experience in performance analysis and improvement, preferably in a similar role
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and act on performance data
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in performance management software and tools
- Experience with change management and organizational development
- Familiarity with data analysis and performance metrics as well as performance improvement methodologies
- Excellent skills in MS Office 365 applications, PowerBI and strong drive for digitalisation
- Understanding of energy markets, together with a sound commercial understanding is preferential
- Appreciation for working in an international environment
- High level of commitment and team spirit with ‘can do' mentality
- Willingness to have lots of fun
- Professional command of English and German
