Global Industry Segment Manager* Energy


  • Continuously develop and implement a sustainable global market strategy
  • Identify additional growth areas within the market and develop a tailormade go-to-market approach
  • Lead a high performing global team of Industry Segment Managers* (direct and indirect)
  • Establish cross-divisional collaboration beyond departments and geographical regions
  • Drive a compelling solution and service offering to achieve above average sales growth
  • Closely cooperate with Key Account Management to improve the in-house share
  • Ensure spot-on market- and application-specific communication measures
  • Represent the HARTING Technology Group in relevant committees and organizations

  • University degree in Technology or Economics (MSc, MA, MBA)
  • Long-standing professional experience in a similar position and industry
  • Experience in strategy development, budget planning and business management
  • Previous direct or indirect leadership responsibility for international teams
  • Business fluency in English (written and spoken) and basic proficiency in German
  • Familiarity with global corporate structures and working in matrix organizations
  • Experience in stakeholder management and intercultural cooperation
  • Self-motivated, persistent, resilient, open-minded and hands-on personality
