For the first time, Kellanova (formerly Kellogg's) is introducing a job share model in our Hamburg Supply Chain team as we are looking for a counterpart (f/m/d) to an existing part time employee.

As a Business Execution Planner, you'll be at the heart of our operations, supporting the end-to-end product delivery process. You'll get the chance to be the mastermind behind executing the Demand Plan for the next 01-12 weeks, working hand-in-hand with our Demand Planner. Your role will bring you to work closely with various key stakeholders within the supply chain as well as cross functional to drive consensus and ensure effective planning, smooth operations and execution, as well as optimal inventory levels.


  • Supply Shortages and Overages Resolution - Understands root causes and identifies action plans to address supply shortages and overages. Coordinates with Customer Service, Supply/Transport Planners and key account managers on appropriate course of action for securing the Service Level based on data sources like stock level, inbound data and APO demand plans.
  • Non-Performing Inventory Avoidance - Responsible for supporting the end-to-end product delivery process with focus to avoid Non-Performing Inventory throughout the whole Planning, Manufacturing & Sales Process in close collaboration with the Demand Planner.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration - Collaborate cross functionally with supply chain (e.g., Demand Planners, Supply Planners and Logistics) and commercial teams (e.g., Key Account Manager, Market Activation and Finance) in Germany and Austria and the local and EU Customer Service Logistics Leadership Team to ensure effective delist/new SKU (New Product Development/NPD) execution is performed according to timelines.
  • Continuous Improvement - Identifies and supports process and KPI improvements through cross-functional collaboration.
  • Weekly Alignment Meetings - Contributes to weekly alignment meeting with supply & transport planners to gather necessary information to secure service. Follows up agreed action plans in collaboration with the stakeholder functions.

  • A University Degree or equivalent, preferably in a quantitative field (Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field).
  • Fluency in English, German would be an advantage.
  • Expertise in Planning processes including best practices, technologies, procedures and tools, coupled with a strong understanding of supply chain.
  • Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP EAP & APO) and Microsoft Office - with an Excel advanced level.

Based in Hamburg, you'll report to a Senior Manager, and have a hybrid, flexible working style, working for 18-22 hours weekly, ideally at 4 days a week with 2 days ending hours at 3:30 PM and 2 days ending hours at 1:00 PM & 1:30 PM.
