» Your responsibilities:
- Implementation and governance of our global job structure
- Development and roll out of global position management
- Definition and implementation of a global process for organizational design in Workday
- Framework development and roll of job profiles globally
- Further development of the organizational structure based on business requirements
- Sparring partner for global leaders regarding organizational development
- Consulting in Merger & Acquisition activities for organizational integration
- Member and driver in different cross functional global HR Projects
» Your profile:
- You have a degree in business administration with a focus on human resources or a
- similar qualification
- You have several years of experience in Organization Design in an international context
- You are strong in process and project management
- You love working with different people and are open for various perspectives and ideas
- You have strong intercultural and communication skills on all levels
- You have a “hands-on mentality” and are solution-orientated
- You are fluent in English
- You have ideally Workday Knowledge & Experience
