AviAlliance is one of the leading private industrial investors in airports. The company is involved in privatizations and takes concession of airports worldwide. AviAlliance has developed an attractive and balanced investment portfolio based on many years of experience in the financing, development, and operation of airports. It includes shareholdings in the airports in Athens, Düsseldorf, Hamburg, and San Juan (Puerto Rico).
AviAlliance was founded in 1997. The company has been a subsidiary of PSP Investments, Canada, since 2013 and is well positioned for future growth with its new owner.
PSP Investments is one of Canada's biggest pension funds. With administrated assets of more than 264,9 billion CAD, PSP is also one of the country's biggest investment managers. PSP invests funds for the pension plans of the public service, the Canadian Armed Forces, the Royal Canadian Mounted Police and the Reserve Force.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in reputable investment bank, M&A boutique, transaction advisory firm or infrastructure/private equity environment
- Strong analytical skills, with full proficiency in financial modelling
- Excellent commercial judgment with a creative approach to problem-solving
- Proactive and service-oriented attitude, deep sense of ownership / initiative, and ability to work under pressure
- Strong desire to work in an international environment
- Outstanding communication skills, with ability to articulate and present facts and ideas effectively
- Relevant university degree (business/finance or STEM)
- M&A experience with excellent track record in business planning and valuation
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Project management experience with excellent team coordination skills and ability to meet tight deadlines
- Good attention to detail and ability to present information concisely to decision-makers, complemented by overall strong communication skills
- Interest in working in an international business environment and willingness to travel across the globe
- Excellent English language skills, German language skills beneficial
